Assessment categories
Choose the pathway before preparing documents.
Pathway 1: Australian AIQS-accredited study plus one year
Pathway 2/3: other Australian or overseas study plus two years
Pathway 4: recognised professional member plus one year

Decision-critical evidence
The title on a reference letter is never enough.
Normally at least an AQF 7-comparable bachelor qualification
Meet one or two years' post-qualification experience by pathway
Duties verified by a qualified quantity-surveyor supervisor
An unsuitable qualification prevents a suitable overall outcome
